Ask your provider about free programs offered at PHC, including depression support groups, nutrition classes, and support groups for sufferers of chronic pain.  In addition, you can ask your medical provider about getting a free appointment with a nutritional educator, free prostate cancer screenings and reduced rates on services outside of PHC, such as eye appointments, physical therapy and bone density tests.
