About People's Health Center

History
PHC is a not-for-profit 501 c(3) organization established in August 2002. Local constituents of the Lincoln community formed a Steering Committee to seek funding to provide medical and dental services to the medically uninsured and underinsured in the Lincoln area.

PHC is the first federally qualified health center in the Lincoln area. Our financial structure consists of a 330 federal grant and financial support from various local organizations.

Executive Director
Mr. Steve Bray - Mr. Bray has been employed in financial management positions in local healthcare organizations for over 30 years. He was named Executive Director of PHC in November 2007. Steve is looking forward to the many challenges and opportunities ahead to further the mission of People's Health Center.

Medical Director :
Dr. Dave Paulus - Dr. Paulus is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician.

Dental Director:
Arathi Reddy, DMD - Dr. Reddy graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University School of Dentistry, Boston, MA.

Volunteer Coordinator:
Marilyn Holmquist is our volunteer coordinator. She can be reached directly at 402-476-1455, ext. 1031

PHC’s Board of Directors governs the center’s operations. This 15-member board volunteers time and expertise in various areas of discipline.
